University of Minnesota Extension developed these fact sheets related to Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs) and the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) Produce Safety Rule.
These are distributed at in-person GAPs and FSMA training sessions presented by University of Minnesota Extension and our partners.
