This session explores the Millstream Arts Festival, its long-running partnerships with the City of St. Joseph, CSB+SJU, and businesses in various forms. Millstream Arts Festival curates extremely high-quality, local, and both new and established artists each year to continue to build the identity of JoeTown as one where the arts enrich life.
