The following materials are provided to assist organizations interested in hosting a Family Focus Project Listening Session. These sessions are designed to give families who are supporting a family member with a disability the chance to share their experiences with life planning. Families attending a listening session will be able to learn about the new Charting the LifeCourse planning resources and tools available at Disability Hub MN. This Facilitators Toolkit includes key resources and materials for hosting and facilitating a listening session.
