Minnesota Farmers Market Price Report (draft 2.20.24) provides data from 68 farmers markets in the state for 6 products: eggs, honey, sweet corn, green bell peppers, tomatoes, and cucumbers. Done in partnership with FM360.
2023 Vegetable Enterprise Analysis (draft 2.12.24) provides data about the financial returns to 5 vegetable enterprises (winter squash, cherry tomatoes, high tunnel cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and high tunnel cucumbers). This is from actual vegetable farms who tracked their costs in 2023. The study continues another year and the report results are preliminary and subject to change. Still, there's little vegetable financial data from MN so worth a look.
