The commencement ceremony for the Class of 2024 DVM, MS, and PhD students will be a ticketed event and will be recorded for later viewing. 

Information for in-person participation

Doors open at 9:00am
Ceremony begins at 10:00am
Ceremony ends at approximately 12:00pm

All guests will be required to have a ticket to enter Ted Mann Concert Hall. Children who will remain in the same seat as their adult for the entire ceremony do not need a ticket. Strollers and walkers can not be left in the aisle. No balloons are allowed in the building.

Currently, University policy does not require face masks in entertainment venues. The University supports those who wish to continue to wear masks in any space and all community members are expected to respect the decision of anyone who continues to wear a mask for health reasons in any space.  

Parking

The closest parking to Ted Mann is the 19th Avenue and 21st Avenue parking ramps; there will be an event fee to park in these ramps. Please allow plenty of time to find parking before the ceremony.

More information may be found on the University Parking and Transportation Services website. If you would like to drop off a guest before parking your vehicle, there is a drive up area at the front entrance to Ted Mann Concert Hall. There are four accessible parking spaces available at the front doors of Ted Mann Concert Hall as well. These spaces are on a first come - first served basis.
