Search for the date and time you need the classroom
Confirm if its open or if its already booked
What you will need to schedule an event
An active University Internet ID and password
University of MN account number (either EFS of student organization number) CEGE is 11101
Registration with Student Unions & Activities (SUA) if you are scheduling an event for a student group.
Please note, only a registered officer of the student group can make an event request.
Read the guidelines for our general purpose classrooms to understand the responsibilities of holding an event in a classroom.
If needed, review room locations and features using Room Search.
Log in to Astra Schedule with your University Internet ID and password.
In the upper left column, click “Request an Event.”
From the dropdown box, choose the “Twin Cities General Purpose Classrooms.”
Fill out the form, answering all the required fields.
When finished, click “Submit” near the top of the page.
Note that Astra does not auto-save the form, and you cannot save a draft of your request.
