How to make a Reservation: 

To reserve one of the cubicles, look at the pictures/calendar for each cubicle and determine which cubicle has the date/time/space available that you need. 

Email cegesps@umn.edu with your name and why you need to reserve the cubicle to gain access to the cubicle calendars. At the end if the semester your access will be revoked. You will need to email cegesps@umn.edu again if you need futher access.

How to cancel or change a Reservation:

You will have the capacity to change or modify the reservation yourself after getting access to the calendar. 

Timeline for requests:

Your request will be processed in one to two business days.
