Drop-in hours for APLUS Support offer UMN academic advisors and student services staff an opportunity to receive on-demand assistance and guidance regarding APLUS functionality. These will be conducted as an open office hours meeting on Zoom; join at any time and questions will be answered for all attendees to learn from. During drop-in hours, APLUS users can seek assistance with various tasks, including but not limited to:
using APLUS emails & templates
calendaring & webschedule setup
filtering student lists
generating reports
setting up custom alerts
reminders
referrals
