Drop-in Hours

APLUS Consult/Training by Appointment

Beginning Fall 2025, we are switching to 1:1 Consult/Training by Appointment, instead of offering drop-in hours for all APLUS users. (APLUS Coordinators will still have a monthly drop-in hour - see below. )

APLUS Consult/Training Appointments offer UMN academic advisors and student services staff an opportunity to receive 1:1 assistance and guidance regarding APLUS functionality.  During appointments, APLUS users can seek assistance with various tasks, including but not limited to:

• using APLUS emails & templates

• calendaring & webschedule setup

• filtering student lists

• generating reports

• setting up custom alerts

• reminders

• referrals

APLUS Coordinator Drop-in hours are offered on the third Wednesday of every month.
