Dreams as Data, Liberation as Practice:
Moving from Personal Transformation to Systemic Impact
Date: Monday, August 3, 2026
Time: 3:30 - 5:00 PM
Location: Dr. Josie Robinson Johnson Community Room for Social Justice
This participatory workshop invites participants into a reflective, embodied, and practice-based exploration of health, healing, hope, and liberation. The session asks participants to consider how personal story, ancestral memory, community knowledge, dreams, and lived experience shape what becomes possible for healing and change. The workshop will begin with a facilitated Data Walk process, drawing from Native and Indigenous ways of knowing that understand dreams, memory, story, and lived experience as meaningful forms of data. Participants will be invited to reflect on what they carry, what they know, what they remember, and what futures they are being called to imagine.
