Bio: Sindiswa Georgiades is an Organizational Impact Strategist that centers high level administrative support in the areas of board & leadership development, strategic planning and infrastructure building. Specializing in consensus building and client-centered facilitation, Sindiswa hones-in on strategies to enhance the impact of nonprofit organizations through the grassroots engagement framework that she created called ARC (Art, Resistance, Culture), a process that recognizes the goals of executive level leadership, while ensuring a focus on the most front facing stakeholders in community programs and initiatives. Sindiswa’s engagement methods have been utilized in communities throughout Minnesota and extend to the favelas of Brazil. Sindiswa is an alumnus of Concordia University in Saint Paul, MN and has served as a Roy Wilkins Community Fellow, promoting solutions to racial and economic inequality with the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota.
