Biography: Kishau Rogers is a trailblazing technology leader, engineer-turned-entrepreneur, strategic advisor, and impact-driven investor committed to solving complex problems and empowering leaders. She is the Owner and Creative Director of Websmith Studio, a creative innovation lab exploring the intersection of creativity, culture, and human-centered technology, and the Founder and CEO of Time Study.

Throughout her career, Kishau has built and deployed technology solutions for hundreds of U.S. organizations, led ventures funded through bootstrapping, grants, and more than $10 million in venture capital, and made history as the first Black woman in Virginia to raise over $1 million in venture funding. As an educator, she has developed curricula and led training initiatives reaching thousands of emerging technology professionals and students across more than 20 countries. Her work centers on leveraging systems thinking, creativity, and technology, broadly defined, to drive innovation and redefine who gets to shape the future.
