Biography: Justin Moore is a civil rights and criminal defense attorney at Stafford Moore, PLLC in Dallas, Texas, where he represents plaintiffs in §1983 excessive force cases, employment discrimination matters, and criminal appeals. His litigation practice spans police misconduct, wrongful death, and workplace discrimination claims across multiple jurisdictions.
Justin also works in executive clemency and voting rights advocacy. He was involved in securing Marcus Garvey's posthumous presidential pardon and the clemency campaign that resulted in the commutation of Larry Hoover's federal life sentence. He writes on criminal justice reform and civil rights issues.
Justin is co-founder and Chief Justice Officer of FiftyOne AI, a public benefit company building AI tools for legal, civic, and advocacy organizations.
He is a graduate of Morehouse College, where he studied African and African American philosophy. He lives in Dallas, Texas.
