Biography: Jolana Amara believes transformation doesn’t always begin with a revolution. More often, it begins with a quiet shift in consciousness, and the courage to participate differently from within the systems we inhabit. As CEO of the League of Intrapreneurs, Jolana stewards the evolution of a global ecosystem supporting intrapreneurs and institutional innovators working across climate, equity, and tech. She partners with organizations seeking to embed purpose, regeneration, and long-term responsibility into the heart of their strategy and culture. Her work sits at the intersection of systems thinking, creativity, facilitation, and organizational transformation. She focuses on cultivating the conditions from which meaningful change can emerge, helping people and institutions navigate complexity with greater clarity, relationality, and integrity.
