Biography: Dwayne Dixon is an author, executive advisor, and strategist specializing in ethical AI governance. He helps boards, executives, educational institutions, and nonprofit organizations lead responsibly in the age of artificial intelligence by developing governance frameworks, responsible-use policies, and executive strategies that align innovation with accountability and public trust. Drawing on more than four decades of leadership experience spanning technology, business transformation, and governance, Dixon previously held leadership positions with Microsoft, Unisys, IBM, Xerox, and Dun & Bradstreet, where he advised organizations through successive waves of technological change. Today, as founder and CEO of Dwayne Dixon International, he focuses on AI governance, executive readiness, and the leadership implications of emerging technologies. He is the author of Bridging the Code: Ethical Leadership for the Age of AI, which introduces The Dixon Method for Ethical AI Leadership™. This practical framework bridges ethical leadership principles with responsible AI governance.
