Biography: Chai Lee is a nonprofit professional with a strong communications background and leadership development. Having worked in both the public sector and in nonprofits, he understands the value of service to others. For more than a decade he has been training bipoc leaders to be more effective equity advocates as members of appointed bodies such as government boards, committees and commissions at the Twin Cities Boards & Commissions Leadership Institute (BCLI) housed at the nonprofit Nexus Community Partners.
