Biography: Celina Flores (UBA-UNGS-Memoria Abierta), historian and Master in International Human Rights Law, specializes in transitional justice in Africa. She teaches African history at the University of Buenos Aires and the University of General Sarmiento. She has worked on various archival recovery projects related to recent history in Argentina, coordinating documentary research teams for the archives of the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Since 2015, she has coordinated the archives area of ​​Memoria Abierta (a coordinating association of human rights organizations). In this frame she had worked with different ONG during the Truth Comission of Colombia and Mexico.
