High-field Workshop Trainee Stipend

Through NIH funding, resources are available to encourage participation by students who would otherwise not be able to attend.  This support consists of waived conference fees and a $1500 award to help offset other conference-related travel expenses. Applicants should include a cover letter, not to exceed 300 words, with their abstract, for why they want to be considered for this stipend. The criteria for awarding the stipend will be judged by the program committee based on the submitted abstract and cover letter. 

Pierre-Francois Van de Moortele Stipend

The stipend supports an attendee with a different research background to attend. Require 6 months of experience with MR, and preferably having switched from a field to MR (or UHF MR) , e.g Psychiatry. Application is 300 words for why this would be of value, and a letter of support from advisor/mentor (not to exceed a page).

Requires a 5 min “Be inspired – Why I choose MR” talk during the meeting and a scientific poster. Free attendance to a training course, the workshop, workshop dinner, and $500 travel stipend.
