Questions or requests related to access?

The WEC Institute is an interactive event and we're committed to providing full and equitable participation to all participants. Here's how:

• We will ask session hosts and facilitators to enable synchronous closed captioning in Zoom rooms. Caption transcripts will not be retained or collected unless such collection is necessary for the use of an assistive technology or other accessibility issue.

• Although we may be able to use Zoom recording functions to record some sessions, we do not have the capacity to disseminate recordings post-institute.

• Participants who need recordings as an assistive technology or who have questions about this or other accessibility-related accommodations should contact Dan Emery, demery@umn.edu in advance of the institute.
