Silent Auction

Volunteers are welcome to bid on any and all silent auction items we have available. Please note that items you win need to be paid for and taken from the course on the day of the event. Bring your checkbook or a major credit card if you plan on participating!

Golf Etiquette

Golfing is an exciting, fun sport, but it is also competitive and requires concentration. No game is more concerned with how the players and crowd acts than golf. With that in mind, there are a number of courtesies required for the golf course. Highlights of etiquette include:

· Don’t move, talk, or stand close to or directly behind the ball or hole when a player is addressing the ball or making a stroke.

· Treat the golfers with gratitude and respect. We appreciate the support they are offering 4-H and want them to feel valued.

· Smile and stay enthusiastic throughout the day!

· Have fun! We want you to enjoy yourselves as well.

If you have additional questions, please contact Shelly Tschida at the Extension Development office (stschida@umn.edu or 651-470-2733). Please be sure to contact us at least one week before the event if you need a table or other items for your presentation that was indicated on your initial registration.
