Notice
Tempoh minima bagi khidmat penterjemahan dan penyuntingan adalah lima (5) hari bekerja.
The minimum period for translation and proofreading service is five (5) working days.
Tempoh boleh dirunding antara klien dan UTP (termasuk kiraan caj untuk hari cuti).
The period could be negotiated between client and the Unit (including charge and accounting for off days)
Kadar bayaran boleh berubah mengikut kesukaran teks dan kadar keperluan segera yang dituntut oleh klien.
The price quotation could be changed and is subject to the the difficulty of the text and the urgency in which the clients need it.
Teks yang dihantar adalah dalam format terakhir dan sedia untuk diterjemah/sunting/baca pruf. Teks yang tidak lengkap tidak akan diterima oleh UTP.
Text must be submitted in the final format and is ready to be translated/edited/proofed. Incomplete text would not be accepted by the Unit.
Pihak UTP berhak diberi rundingan sekiranya klien menuntut perkhidmatan yang tidak terdapat di dalam jadual (termasuk bayaran dan tempoh perkhidmatan).
The unit could be consulted if the clients wants a service that is not in the schedule (including payment and period of service)
Bahasa ketiga (selain Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa Inggeris) merujuk kepada kepelbagaian bahasa yang ditawarkan di FBI seperti bahasa Arab, Jepun, Sepanyol, Mandarin, Perancis, Jerman dan Thailand atau kepakaran yang ada di kalangan staf FBI.
Third language (other than Malay and English Language) refers to a variety of language offered by FBI such as Arabic, Japanese, Spanish, Mandarin, French, German, and Thai as well as other expertise of FBI staff.
Semua permohonan perkhidmatan mesti dibuat melalui Ketua Unit Terjemahan & Penyuntingan, FBI.
All application for service must be made through Head of Translation and Editing Unit, FBI.

2. Untuk khidmat kejurubahasaan dan pengacaraan majlis, bayaran 70% mesti dibuat terus kepada jurubahasa yang telah dilantik/ dipersetujui. Ini tidak termasuk bayaran tuntutan perjalanan dan penginapan yang perlu disediakan oleh klien.
For interpreting and emceeing service, 70% of the payment must be made directly towards the unit. This is excluding the payment for transportation and accommodation that have to be prepared by the client.
