The PM Profiling and Monitoring app is designed for profiling and monitoring children at risk of child labor. This application was developed as an independent academic project and is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE). It is intended to support research and intervention efforts related to child labor monitoring.
The app collects personal and sensitive information about children at risk of child labor for research and monitoring purposes only.
Access to the collected data is restricted to authorized users within the research team or designated personnel.
The data is used strictly for profiling and monitoring in line with research and intervention efforts.
Only authorized users approved by the research team are permitted to log in and access the app.
Access credentials are managed to ensure data security and restricted access.
All collected data is stored securely in compliance with data protection standards.
Unauthorized sharing, copying, or misuse of data is strictly prohibited.
Data security measures align with best practices to protect sensitive information.
While this app is not affiliated with the Philippine government, it respects and follows the principles of the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173) and relevant child protection laws.
Data subjects and their guardians retain rights to data access and rectification as per legal provisions.
