Where and when can I claim my yearbook?

All edition of Yearbook can be claimed at the External Relations and Alumni Affairs Office (ERAAO) three years after graduation. If you are unable to claim it within this period, the yearbook will be kept according to the retention policy stated in the agreement, and may not be available afterward.

How can I avail a pictorial frame and a hard copy photo?

FotoGraphia, our official partner photographer for AURIUM 2023, is dedicated to providing high-quality, professionally edited photos and personalized framing options for your memorable graduation moments.

Here are the steps to claim your pictorial frame and hard copy photo:

1. Pictorial Frame and Hard Copy Photo:

• Edited Soft Copy Toga: P250

• One selected photo for the yearbook, edited and sent to your email: P250

PHOTO FRAME OPTIONS:

• Frame A: P1,500

• Frame B: P1,800

Free: Two (2) selected photos for the yearbook, edited and sent to your email.

What should I do to be included in the pictorial?

To ensure your participation in the graduation pictorial, please follow these steps:

NOTE: Failure to follow protocols may result in ineligibility for the pictorial.

• Eligibility: Only graduating students who have been fully cleared and endorsed by the Records and Admission Center (RAC) will be permitted to join the graduation pictorial.

• Payment: Ensure payment of both the pictorial fee and yearbook fee, and present the receipts during your assigned pictorial session.

• Check Your Schedule: Verify your scheduled pictorial time slot on the official AURIUM Facebook page.

• Bring Your Receipts: Bring your pictorial and yearbook receipts on the scheduled date. Failure to present a valid ID and receipt will result in an inability to proceed with the pictorial.

• Outfit: Adhere to the theme concept, maintaining formality and elegance.

• Avoid Green Attire: Do not wear green attire, as a green screen will be used for the photoshoot.

• Makeup: Opt for matte finishes rather than glossy or shiny ones, especially for flash photography. Prepare your makeup outside of the school premises or at home.

• Arrival Time: Arrive for your pictorial appointment between 8 am and 5 pm. Ensure you arrive as early as possible within this timeframe; late arrivals beyond 5 pm will not be accommodated.

• Complete Biodata Forms: Ensure that your biodata forms are completed before the scheduled yearbook pictorial. Accurate and complete biodata is essential for a smooth process.
