Yiman Ren

I am a final-year PhD candidate in the Joint Business Economics and Scientific Computing program at the Univesity of Michigan, Ross School of Business, and College of Engineering, advised by prof. Sarah Miller, prof. Maggie Makar, prof. Francine Lafontaine and prof. Zach Brown. I received my bachelor's degree in Financial Engineering from East China Normal University in Shanghai.  

My research focuses on financial economics and causal machine learning. 

I am on the 2024-2025 job market.
