CNN typically has the best coverage that is as non-partisan as possible when it comes to all subjects. It has both broadcast and written news but the broadcast is often more inclusive and informative.

Both CBS and ABC have daily and longer segments, in addition to both doing a strong job of being as non-partisan as possible. I would watch these two if you're looking for something more long winded or a longer story about something specific but would focus on CNN if you're looking for something quicker and more encompassing.
