Hello and welcome to SPH Yoga.Â
SPH Summer Yoga classes are in person on Wednesdays from 8:30-9:00am in SPH II G020. These classes are open to students, staff, and faculty.
Classes are free and the style will vary to include Vinyasa, Hatha, and Restorative yoga. Classes are open to all levels and no prior yoga experience is necessary. Phoebe will provide verbal cues and physical demonstrations to ensure the class is accessible to anyone interested in exploring a yoga practice. Anyone who joins must complete a one-time waiver.
There is an SPH Summer Yoga email group (sphsummeryoga@umich.edu) that you can opt-in or out of at any time throughout the year by following these steps:
go to MCommunity
select "Log In" and enter your uniqname and password
search for "SPH Summer Yoga"
