Problem

Currently, having simple repairs (oil change, brake replacement, etc.) done on your vehicle requires you to bring your vehicle to a mechanic shop, leaving you stuck at the shop without your vehicle for potentially hours.

Solution

Our team worked with our client Mechanicus to design, develop, and deploy a mobile app that enables users to request mechanical services for their vehicle, schedule an appointment, and have a mechanic come to their home to perform the services.

Value proposition

The Mechanicus app provides a platform for automobile owners to easily receive automobile repair services without having to leave their home. This obviates the need for a customer to drive to a mechanic shop and wait there for their repairs to be completed. They can complete complete all of the necessary steps to receive repair services through the app while also receiving updates about the status of their request(s).
