I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Economics Department at the University of Michigan. My research interests lie at the intersection of economic history and political economy. My dissertation focuses on the end of the feudal economic system and the emergence of modern property rights. My job market paper examines the role of market integration in promoting the separation of landlord and serf economies in 19th-century Hungary.
I received my University Diploma in Economics from the Corvinus University of Budapest and an M.A. in Economics from Central European University. Previously, I worked at the Ministry of Finance in Hungary
I am on the job market and available for interviews.
