Raise Summer Experience 2026 – Permission Forms
To participate in the Raise Summer Experience 2025, all students must complete and return the required permission forms by Wednesday, June 4th at 5:00 PM.
Important Details:
Space is limited. Students who submit their forms before the deadline will be given priority until all spots are filled.
Once the program is full, additional students will be placed on a waitlist and notified of their status by June 13.
Permission forms must be submitted using the secure Dropbox link provided to each student. Forms will not be accepted via email.
Registration is not considered complete until all required forms are submitted to the Raise Scholars team.
