Below is the start of a collection of remembrances and obituaries about urban & regional planning scholars. There are two sections:
(1) recent obituaries (since 2009);
(2) obituaries from earlier years (scroll down past section 1 or click this link). Note: if you can't find someone in the first section, check to see if they are in section 2.
Included are both planning scholars and scholars from allied disciplines who have had an influence on planning thought and practice. Thanks to the online planning community for both calling attention to this need and for sending suggestions. (Detailed acknowledgements at bottom of page.)
