If the rehearsal is for a PAT class or PAT-approved project, yes. If you don't know if you are PAT-approved, you are probably not. Keep in mind that someone in your group must have a certification in the space you want to use to rehearse.

Terms and Conditions
The Tech Suite Management System (TSMS) is able to send pin codes to your phone when submitting a Pin Request Form, which allows you to unlock equipment within the Tech Suite. You must opt-in to this system by submitting your phone number to be added to the TSMS system. A confirmation email will be sent to your UofM email. If you receive a confirmation and did not add a number, respond to this email to reach a support agent who can change or remove the number, or email techsuite@umich.edu.
These messages are only sent when you request a pin through the Pin Request Form. Messaging and data rates may apply. To opt-out, submit the the "Add a Phone Number" form again with no phone number entered.
