Jonathan Hough

Jonathan Hough is a sophomore undergraduate student at the University of Michigan studying Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience on the pre-dentistry track. He is a saxophonist with 12 years of musical and performing experience, and through this, he has developed an interest in the brain’s emotional response to music and the memories and associations it evokes. He is a part of the Faculty Engineering Arts Student Team, and his research interests include music cognition and perception. He is excited to bring his background as a musician to the Music Cognition and Computation Lab.
