Welcome to The Murphy Lab

The Murphy lab is part of the Michigan Neuroscience Institute and the Department of Molecular & Integrative Physiology at the University of Michigan Medical School. A major focus of the lab is investigating how ion channels regulate neuronal function and complex behaviors such as learning & memory. In addition, we are fortunate to have  a number of collaborations with  other labs at the University of Michigan and are exploring a wide variety of topics in Neuroscience.
