Check-in for hotels and dorms begins at 4p. Hotels can hold luggage prior to check-in. Those staying in the dorms can store their luggage in the conference venue (see below) until check-in.
The conference, including all meals, will be held in Building 18 of the North Campus Research Complex at 2800 Plymouth Rd, Ann Arbor, MI, on the University of Michigan's North Campus, a short bus ride or 30-minute walk from the conference dormitory.
The conference registration fee includes lodging at a U-M North Campus dormitory.

NCRC is a 1.3 mile walk from Baits II, approximately 27 minutes.
Alternatively, you can walk east on Hubbard to the UM Bus Stop N414 and take the Northwood Outbound bus to stop N424, then a short walk to NCRC Building 18.
Attendees have the option of making their own hotel reservations at a reduced room rate. Please call either hotel directly to reserve a room under the MTSM UofM block.

All registrants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to and from the conference - travel is not included in the registration fee.
