Studio Scheduling Policies:

• No food or drink 

• Limit 6 hours per session per day / 18 hours per week per room

• Please Start and end sessions on time

• Be a good neighbor - fill out the logbook, leave things the way you left them

• Do not prop studio doors or load in doors

• You can sell original work created in the studios as long as 50% or more of the participants are members of the U of M community (faculty, staff, or students).

• You cannot charge for your time in the studios

Spaces which are reservable  in advance include:

• Audio Studio A, B, and C *

• Multimedia Workrooms *

  • Complete the Multimedia Workroom training for access

• Personal Studio *

• Video Studio

* Requires certification. See each space's page for details on certification. 

Visit the 25Live, Room Request system to view available time. Note: Credentials for studio reservations become active at 2:00am the day after a user is certified - they are not instantaneous. When making studio reservations, please be sure to name them descriptively with the task at hand and / or your name.
