(Look for the WormArt board and table, at the poster area)
Poster dimensions:
The posters should be 4'x4'. Each poster will be assigned to one board.
Please make sure you poster fits on the boards.
If a poster can not be accommodated on the boards due to wrong sizing, the responsibility lies with the authors.
We will provide pins.
Each poster will be assigned a number. Based on their number (even-odd), posters will be divided in two groups, to be presented in two separate poster sessions, one before and one after lunch.
You can leave your poster(s) on throughout the meeting, but you are expected to stand by your poster during your session.
You will be notified of your poster's number and session in the following days.
All posters can be pinned on the boards as early as 9:30am, and they need to be taken down by 4:45pm, on the event day.
The organizers are not responsible for storing or shipping the posters, in case they are left behind. Authors are responsible for their posters during the event.
For any concern or question, please contact the organizers.
Details on talk lengths will follow soon; we are still debating 12+3min talks vs. flash talks.
Please note that we are on a tight schedule, so we kindly ask you not to exceed your time slot. A timer will be available by the podium.
We will provide a PC (no Mac will be available-please check your slides in advance), laser pointer, and microphone.
You will be asked to hand your presentation file to the session chair at least 30 min in advance.
