Interested in learning more about the world around you, but you're not sure where to start? Join us at our bi-weekly meetings on Mondays and Tuesdays (that's right - you have TWO opportunities to come)! After listening to Ted Talk speakers, community politicians and environmentalists, and professors at the University of Michigan, we have open discussions! In the Michigan Sierra Club, we always support each other as we open up conversations about the environment. Everyone's got a voice, and we want to hear what you have to say!
Don't want to take our word? Take a look at what some of our members have to say!
"Sierra Club meetings are the best! I'm so interested in learning about the environment, but as a business major, I never have time to take environmental classes. This is such an awesome opportunity to meet with other passionate students and learn!" - Johnny (johnny@umich.edu)
"My favorite meeting has definitely been the one on solar power. It was so awesome to hear everyone's perspectives, and I always felt like my voice was heard during discussion. I had so much fun that I convinced my friend to come to the next meeting!" - Jenny (jenny@umich.edu)
