In our chapter, we take pride in helping build working relationships between underclassmen and upperclassmen. The key to this is our excellent mentorship program. Every year we pair an underclassmen with an upperclassmen mentor who helps guide them as they begin their path down chemical engineering. We also host social events where mentors and mentees can interact in a relaxed environment outside of school.
