Through Compute CARES, I serve on a team to teach undergraduate and graduate instructors best practices on creating an inclusive and equitable teaching environment.

I enjoy connecting with people through dance.  In Auburn, I taught East Coast Swing.  In Ann Arbor, I dance Brazilian Zouk, help organize UofM's Zouk organization, and volunteer with other dance communities.

I develop my creativity through photography.  I enjoy capturing the beauty of buildings, people, and landscapes in interesting ways.  I also serve as the photographer for the Zouk Dance Club at UM.

The value and purpose of grad degrees are often misunderstood.  I reach out to students around the US about why (and why not) to pursue a graduate degree.
