This event is an Open House for all graduates, family, and guests in the Davidson Winter Garden
Caps and gowns are not required, but you’re welcome to wear them if you’d like
There is no limit to the number of guests who can attend
Caps, hoods, and gowns are required for this event. OYM Program staff will be available to assist with how to wear Master's hoods.
Graduates and their guests must have a ticket. Each graduate can request up to 20 tickets for their guests.
All graduates will receive an email from RossCommencement@umich.edu by March 20 with instructions on requesting tickets for themselves and their identified guests (only eligible graduates can request tickets; guests may not). Ticket request submissions will open on April 1.
The Crisler Center doors open at 2:15 pm. Graduates and guests should be seated by 3:15 pm.
The Commencement Ceremony begins promptly at 3:30 pm.
Caps, hoods, and gowns are required for this event.

For Commencement, you will need a Master's hood and tassel in the color drab. The official graduate gown has what we affectionately refer to as bat-winged sleeves, but you can reuse your undergraduate cap and gown as long as it is black.

Ross Stole
The Michiganensian Yearbook hosts a cap and gown sale every year. They have a stole for graduating Ross students (block M with Ross logo) and other specialty items. Ross-branded stoles are optional attire for graduates.
