Lost in Translation: Stories of Global Experiences

Lost in Translation Storytelling Event 2019

We invite you to join the UM community in this seventh annual storytelling event, on Thursday, November 14, 2019 at 7:00 PM, part of the University of Michigan's annual International Career Pathways series.

Members of the UM community can submit their story and be a featured storyteller. Stories should be about international career experiences, but all internationally-oriented stories are welcome. Stories especially in alignment with the event's theme, Lost in Translation, will be more highly considered.

Audience members will get to listen to storytellers share about their international experiences and participate in an audience-interactive event.

This event is similar to storytelling events from the "The Moth," an acclaimed not-for-profit organization that is dedicated to the art and craft of storytelling, in which true stories are told in a live setting.

Hot chocolate and light snacks will be served. Please RSVP to attend.
