A Corporate Learning Alignment Framework

The PST Model represents three essential domains that must be aligned when planning corporate learning initiatives:

Persona. Strategy. Technology.

While each domain contains multiple sub-elements, meaningful learning experiences emerge at the trilateral intersection — where human context, business intent, and enabling systems are intentionally considered together.

The model was inspired by the foundational work of Matthew Koehler and Punya Mishra’s TPACK framework, but adapts those principles for the corporate environment by reframing content and pedagogy within a broader Strategic domain.
