Mark Livelsberger is an instructional designer, learning technology consultant, entrepreneur, and scholar based in Pennsylvania. He works at the intersection of performance improvement, workplace learning, and practical technology—helping organizations move beyond completion-based training toward solutions that drive real capability on the job.
Mark is the creator of the Persona–Strategy–Technology (PST) Model, a corporate learning alignment framework designed to connect human context, business intent, and enabling systems—so learning is built to perform in real working environments.

With 12+ years in learning and development and 17+ years across roles within large global organizations, Mark brings a grounded, real-world perspective to designing learning ecosystems, performance support, and scalable enablement strategies.
Outside of client work, Mark volunteers time creating instructional videos and learning activities for non-profits, stays active in L&D research and trends, writes and manages learning-focused blogs, and mentors emerging instructional designers.
