Welcome! I’m a PhD student in Public Policy and Economics at the University of Michigan and an active-duty Major in the United States Air Force. I’m a Force Support Officer by trade, with extensive experience across the Air Force’s talent management enterprise. My research interests lie in labor economics, public policy, and the economics of education, particularly as they relate to workforce development and institutional decision-making within the military.
Before beginning my doctoral studies, I earned an M.S. in Manpower Systems Analysis from the Naval Postgraduate School in 2022 and graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in 2015. My current research explores how policies and information environments shape career outcomes, promotion dynamics, and educational investments across military occupations.
