Sun

An animation created by filming a scene, editing it down, burning it into a screen, and printing all frames at once. This is a seven second sample of the minute-and-a-half animation. This piece is about the process of creating it and the labor that went into it.

Ai-Dventure call

A video editing pet project. I chose this for editing practice as I wanted to work on something longer form between my other projects. It's common for people to take stream VODs from popular streamers and edit them into a more watchable format. In this case I contacted wayneratiotv (the streamer) and got his permission to both edit, and post this video publicly.

The concept of the stream: a live public-broadcast adventure call-in show where an ai generates the story which is then narrated by the streamer, with decisions being made by the person calling in. I thought this format was particularly compelling for a long form video as I was able to edit out roughly an hour of dead air, as well as adding ad breaks (the cuts and prompts for ads were already there, but none appear in the original VOD), transitions, an intro and outro showing the channel, as well as several audio and visual gags that wouldn't have been possible live.
