Teaching + Mentoring

Teaching and mentoring are some of my favorite parts of being an academic scholar! Specifically, I aim to teach and mentor in a way that prioritizes and promotes:

Competency/Understanding

 Critical Thinking

Transformational Learning

Lifelong Learning

I want to reach students who haven't always “gotten it”. I want to help students experience that "a-ha" moment to help highlight the student's capability to understand and master complex concepts. Below I provide a list courses I have assisted with, a workshop I have led, mentoring positions I have held, as well as a teaching sample from a guest lecture I taught in Winter 2024.
