Why Engineering

Ever since I was young I have always liked pulling things apart and finding out how they worked, after some time I learned that I could put things back together in new ways causing them to do new things. these events led me to my career in engineering, I like all types of engineering but the one that spoke to me was electrical. I think it was my love of sci-fi that lit the first sparks in my interest, seeing all the cool gadgets a gizmos on things like Star Wars and Iron Man made me want to make them real. I know now that most of those things are purely fictional but I still have the drive to help create the technology of the future. I want to create something that people will use 100 years from now. That's why I became an engineer to change the world.
