Hailey is a senior In the Ross School of Business, where she is pursuing a degree in business administration with a minor in writing. Hailey has dedicated her time at the University of Michigan to supporting our community through mentorship and community involvement. She believes that the way to change the world is through using our gifts to uplift one another. On campus, Hailey has many roles. She is the Community Service Chair of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, the Community Service Chair for the Urban Wordsmith Society, the former Co-President and Senior Advisor to the Black Business Undergraduate Society, a Peer Coach in the Ross Career Development Office, and works on the Employer Relations team of the University Career Center.
After graduation Hailey will be working in New York city as an Analyst in Blackstone's Tactical Opportunities Group. She has also worked as an analyst for Morgan Stanley's Financial Sponsors Group as well as Bagnols Family Office. Hailey's passion for writing began in high school where she served as the president of the slam poetry club and competed in Louder Than a Bomb poetry circuit. Hailey has also had the opportunity to perform her poetry professionally. She was a featured poet for NBA All-Star Weekend 2020, a Day of Cultural Conversation with Yo-Yo Ma, and the "It's a 312 Thing" with AT&T. Beyond her professional journey Hailey is a supportive friend, attentive daughter, avid runner, and lover of life.
