New Resources for Your Well-being
We are excited to introduce two new resources designed to make mental health support more accessible:
Confidential Online Screening: A private tool to help you check in with yourself and gauge your current needs.
Calm Health: Access to the leading mindfulness app, now covered for employees and dependents through Blue Cross Blue Shield/Blue Care Network (BCBS/BCN).
We encourage you to intentionally make space for your own mental health. By modeling self-care, we strengthen the well-being of our entire community.

Support Group for New Mothers: The Faculty & Staff Counseling & Consultation Office (FASCCO) offers an ongoing drop-in style support group for those returning to work following the birth and/or adoption of a child. The group is designed for those in their third trimester of pregnancy through the time their child is two years old.
