"What coaching has done for me is, it has helped me make sense of my desire to reach a new elevation in my leadership. What I mean by this is it gave me structure. It provided a way to break down what I do well, where I could improve, and identify ways I could practice the things we discussed with people and in spaces I have access to in my role. It also helped me identify other spaces I should consider gaining access to which is important because for me this meant pushing myself beyond my comfort zone. It was great to have a partner to help me design a leadership development plan. Leadership can feel lonely, as there is a reason for the old adage, it is lonely at the top. But coaching provides challenging support that eliminates the feeling of isolation."

"Thank you for the wealth of information and positive change you have brought and continue to bring to CoE. Thinking back over the last two years that I've actively participated in trainings provided by your group, I am grateful for the information and opportunities to learn and grow. I have felt changes in myself and the people I work with. Prior to your trainings I was much more results focused, numbers, did we complete "the work" and not aware of individual people and needs. A big part of what I have taken from your trainings is learning how to pay more attention to myself and others and value this as part of the service I and my group provide...it has been a positive change. Thank you for being a positive influence in my life and those I work with."

"[Coaching] has already helped in work situations - in particular, I am more intentional with decisions related to communication, leadership style, and in my own thought processes. I continue to apply and think back on the strategies I've learned throughout coaching. I've also carved out 30 minutes in my week to actively reflect and continue working towards these goals."
