In my current role as a Career Coach at the College of Literature, Sciences and the Arts at U-M, I created a career exploration "mind mapping" tool that I created to help students navigate through the career search process who are unsure about what they would like to do or do not know where to start. This tool is used by our coaching team during career exploration student appointments.
These documents were created during my role as a Career Development Intern to help students advance their professional development skills and provide access to resources as a part of the LEAD Scholars Program. LEAD Scholars is a scholarship program created through the U-M Alumni Association to provide merit-based scholarships to underrepresented students of color.
These handouts have also been adapted for graduate students while working in the School of Social Work Career Services Office.
